As Brunswick Central Vet clinic prides itself on delivering the highest standard of care possible and ensuring our clients are offered the most up to date veterinary services available, we strive to work closely with Veterinarians that offer specialized services. Where possible, we aim to deliver as much as we can in-house. This ensures great collaboration and continuity with your vet who you already see and trust.rnrnSome services we commonly arrange for Visiting specialists and consultant vets include Ultrasonography, ECG, Endoscope, Chemotherapy, Dentistry and complex surgeries such as Orthopaedic procedures (Cruciate and patella), BOAS procedures (airway procedures commonly needed in breeds like Pugs and French Bulldogs) and fracture repair.rnrnIf you think your pet may need more complex services, we encourage you to chat with one of our vets about your options.

Dr. Sue Ramoo

Dr Sue Ramoo BVS (hons) MANZCVS graduated from University of Sydney and quickly found her special interests within the industry, prompting her to start her residency in internal medicine, and complete her memberships in advanced imaging and small animal medicine.rnrnShe brings over 15 years of experience as a travelling consultant for internal medicine, and is our preferred provider for Ultrasounds, endoscopes and also offers services such as chemotherapy.rnrnShe has a habit of always keeping busy and so she has founded ARC, located in Northcote, offering advanced CT imaging and Radioactive iodine therapy for feline hyperthyroidism.rnrnBrunswick is very proud to work closely with Dr Sue for her many years of experience and great collaboration.

Dr. Paul May

Dr Paul May graduated in 2003 in Australia, and after gaining significant General Practice experience, travelled to the UK where he obtained advanced surgical training. After 2 years, he then returned to Australia where he has formalized his advanced qualifications in surgery, having gained his Memberships from the Australian and New Zealand Veterinary College of Veterinary Scientists (MANZCVS) in 2009. He has also gained additional qualifications in cardiology after completing the Certificate of Advanced Veterinary Practice (CertAVP) and Post Graduate Certificate in Veterinary Professional Studies (PgCert VPS).rnrnDr Paul regularly visits Brunswick Central Vet in order to perform advanced surgical procedures on our patients.
