BVSc Hons MANZCVS (Small Animal Medicine)

Dr Alex has been Lead Veterinarian at Brunswick Central Vet since 2017. Dr Alex graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2009 with first class honours and soon after moved to London to gain further clinical experience abroad. Upon her return to Australia, Dr Alex attained Small Animal Medicine membership of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists, even receiving a medal for achieving the highest entrance examination mark. Dr Alex has always loved the challenge and variety of general practice. She particularly enjoys supporting the bond between her patients and their families. Dr Alex’s current areas of interest are feline medicine, endocrinology and geriatric health care. Outside of work Dr Alex enjoys exploring the cafes, parks and playgrounds of the inner North with her husband and young daughter, whilst their cat Jennifer stays at home sleeping on the couch.
